I was told by Kuruk the other day that we'd... be going to the dance. Together.

I heard that there was a sort of theme or something for it. So, wanna discuss it, or something?

He decided to tell me, so I don't know when he even worked out to talk with someone to be my date for the dance.

[He's wisely not going to mention how he questioned Kuruk for trying to get him a date for the dance in the first place, because honestly, he wasn't thinking of going. It's for Valentine's day, after all. He wasn't really seeing anyone at all. So when Kuruk told him this, he was completely surprised.]

But since it's you, I acceded to this, since I sorta know you. I mean, he could have set me up with someone I don't even know at all.

[Just as he is going to keep mum on his disinterest in the dance, she's going to keep quiet on the fact Kuruk practically pimped him out on the network, which was how she ended up as his date to begin with |D;; Sooo gonna be lying through her teeth right now!]

Well...I ran into him during lunch, and he mentioned you flying solo for the dance coming up, so I offered to take you! So really, it was more like I indirectly asked you than him trying to find you one.

Also...I heard the theme is going to be European Fairy Tales. I only know a handful myself, but do you know any that you'd be fine going as?
