Well, as boring and not internet worthy as this suggestion might be, she's probably your new roommate. She must have grabbed the wrong bed.

That or someone with a bad sense of humor ordered you a call girl and she got bored waiting.

Or she's a very lazy assassin.

There's also a chance she's the girl from the room above you and she phased through the floor.

Or it was a teleportation accident.

She could be a robot in sleep mode.
