I think the basics though are just to give the kids someone on the staff they can talk to on a more personal level if they're having problems. I think the activities and stuff are primarily to help get them to open up. Then again, I've never taught before and could be getting completely the wrong impression.

The plant's doing well. Actually, it's doing incredibly well. I had to buy a bigger pot for it.
