[Hiiro's attention shifts from what he was writing to the filtered message. The look on Duo's face is enough to alert him there's something absolutely astronomical. Even on the job there was very little time that Duo ever looked anything but happy and carefree outside of battle.]

[Insert sigh here. Sigh with the hopes that Duo doesn't think that question too hard at him, he'd rather not see what happens.]

My deduction would be probably severely. At the least.
Perhaps we've become too used to 'being ourselves' and we've forgotten general society isn't what it's like in here?

[He sets down his pen in the dipped valley of his book and crosses his arms in his normal state. He can't help it, you thought it too hard. Another sigh is the reply to Duo's little fit there about him being mister perfect. He's used to the outbursts though, and rightfully so right now.]

If it was in self defense, then I don't see why you wouldn't be exonerated with a mild scolding. You must have done something else for them to be this angry.

[He doesn't think anything of it personally, just Hiiro being Hiiro after all. Well, he does maybe but they're almost always warranted and while it's frustrating it doesn't mean he thinks it's a bad thing! Well.. not unless he's feeling particularly petty anyway ( ... )
