After spending some good hours searching through recipes last night it occurred to me. Do any vegetarians intend to take International Cuisine? Unfortunately before drawing out half of my lesson plan the idea did not even occur to me, and many dishes involve beef and other meats.

Relations? Well naturally yes, but I do not quite understand what you are suggesting.

The issue is settled then. I will add a vegetarian dish for each region we cover in class.
