[Josh sounds a little disheartened, and more than a little awkward]

So is anyone else not planning on going to homecoming? I figure we could, I dunno--we've sort of already had a lot of movie nights, huh? Maybe board games, or video games in the rec room or something. I just...think it'd be kinda depressing to sit around in my room, I guess.

Well, I wasn't planning to go to homecoming either. I don't really know anybody, so it wouldn't be any fun. So if you'd like any help putting something else together I'd be up for it.

Alright. I wasn't really thinking anything that required a lot of putting together. Just hanging out or whatever. I'm up for any suggestions you have, though.

Haha no big deal. I'm down with video games. I've got a bunch too.

Cool. We're gonna totally take your team down, man.

[ooc: I figures it makes sense if each co-captain gets a team? Since they don't really have anyone else to play]

No, but you should go even if you don't have a date. I'm trying to get a group of us together. It'll be fun.

[ooc: Makes sense to me. I figured they be playing each other, each captain having a team is a good idea!]

I guess we'll just have to wait and see. I wouldn't be so sure if I were you, though!

Oh, it's uhh...not about not having an date. I just don't think I'd be able to stand it. 'Cause of my powers. I'm sure it would be fun.

I got plans for a movie night with Al. Anything so I don't have to get into formalwear, really.

I-I can't tell if she's extending an invitation or just making conversation /fail orangescntdhero November 30 2009, 04:34:17 UTC
I don't blame you. I'm not really a huge fan, either--too itchy.

Oh, conversation. It's kind of a stay-in date thing. valetudochamp November 30 2009, 04:42:07 UTC
Eh, I'm just a pants type of girl is the main thing. I'd make Al wear the dress, but I probably won't find a tux in my size.

Ok yeah that's what I figured but...yeah. Sorry! orangescntdhero November 30 2009, 16:34:45 UTC
[laughs] Would he seriously have worn the dress for you?

I'm not going either. I think that... if enough us don't go, we could find something to do.

Well, that's at least three of us that aren't going then, right?

Yes. There might be others, too.

Why aren't you going to the dance?

Too loud, too crowded. It's like a massive headache waiting to happen for me.

Yeah, but... it's fun. There's dancing and stuff. Don't you think that's more fun than sitting around playing board games?

Probably even though I can't really dance. But I'm still not too great at controlling my powers, so I don't think I can go. Board games are more fun than migraines.
