I'm sure you've seen my 3 Steps to Happyness.

I've been thinking recently about not only those 3 Steps (2 Paths) to Happyness, but also the 2 Paths to Successful Change. I hope to be able to post them soon, but I'm going to bed, and I don't know when I'll have time to write up the 2 Paths to Successful Change. Hopefully in the next few days.
