Well, it appears that the Dow set yet another record loss day today, with an 800 point loss, slightly surpassing last week's record-setting 777 point drop. Whilst I don't think this is "good", I seem to be far more optimistic about it than many people

I've found the whole middle part of that Quote makes a superb Banishing for the Demon of Worry. It works for me every time, should I forget and occasionally find myself beginning to Worry.

A nice side-benefit is that it pisses off those around me who don't understand how I "can be so calm" in stressful situations ;-)
