As part of my Operation 4 Health, I've recently begun to take up some serious Hiking recently (at least for me). Good for you! Walking all the way to where you live after four hours of dancing is quite a feat, you must have been exhausted!

We're planning to finally go up Spencer's Butte in a couple weeks as part of a festival for the mountain nymphs. I hope I'm in good enough shape for that, but I figure I've got to try at least!

It completely and utterly cleans me out quite cathartically. The 2nd time I did it, I slept for 12 hours straight until 3:30pm the next day!

Have you never been up Spencer's??? It's quite beautiful, and one of the single most powerful "Power Spots" in/near all of Eugene. Lemme know if you'd like some company when you guys go up, I may just be down.

Thanks! I haven't gotten that email yet, although I'll check it soon.

I think it would be great to do one of the hikes together. I'll keep you posted...

I will hafta do that. Thanks for the heads up. One of the nice things about EUG is that I can climb Skinner's Butte just South of town with very panoramic views of all of EUG--and it's only 10 minutes from my home!
