As I've continued to use the Runes near-exclusively for all Magick, I've been continued to be completely fucking astounded by their Efficacy:

Would that your dear sibling that you affectionately call Satan or the more traditional copy cat deity who got his legs and horns from Pan, his trident from Poseidon and his beard from a bad stylist or perhaps the more tedious Mormon version who's just an older spirit sibling of man who has no physical body but does have lots of grumpy and jealous spirit buddies?

"Satan" is the nickname for my other brother from another mother. To him and our 3rd brother (the individual whose Home I just removed myself from), I am "Guido". Intentional family, we've known each other for well over a decade.

I don't involve myself with the actual Entity of the Chris+ian "Satan" any more than I involve myself with Chris+ian Angels or Demons. They're all too serious, extreme, and "uppity" for my tastes, as far as Entities go.

But I can see how any but a handful of those who read this LJ would get that.

Yes! I own all of his except his most recent work (which I'd like to get), which is a several hundred page tome on the Northern Ways.

He has some interesting thoughts, although as far as Runes go, I'd say Diana Paxson's book is as good.
