It seems this Meme continues to grow exponentially recently. First, some background:

The August camping trip sounds awesome. How primitive is the site and where is it. I would like to ride my motorcyle if the roads in aren't gravel or loose dirt. Let me know if you need help organizing. :]

So what type of activities/atmosphere/etc. are you envisioning for this retreat?

It sounds great, I might be able to do it... but only if I were able to get both a ride up on Saturday AND a ride back on Sunday night or maybe Monday (can't miss much work because I'm off for a week the next month). Sucks not having a car!

I am definitely up for any potential future events, though. Having just met 10 or so Dionysian Hermetics up in PDX, I know that this little corridor of ours is chock full of interesting folks.

...more details to come, but suffice it to say that it is basically a Time to Retreat from Civilization, Responsibilities, and Just Be. I find this Atmosphere to be most condusive to various types of Spiritual Works and Plays. There aren't too many Rules naturally, so I kinda float back and forth from times of being Social to times of being Alone in the Mountainous Woods.

I am sure that there will be other that can't stay all the way until Wednesday, too. Perhaps one of them can give you a lift.

It's basically a Ritual Space in the Mountains. Being a Sag., my Temporary Autonomous Zone is at least 50' or more in diameter, and is strongly influenced by these 3 Coyotes Dancing ;-)

I'd say it's the most fun I have all year, but I'm biased.

It might be a good idea to start an I-5 Occulte' Empyre website or LJ community [awesome title btw].

Just to keep us all abreast of events and groups on the west coast, and specifically somewhere that isnt witchvox. :P
