Obama's ideas for job creation

I'm no expert on such things, but it seems like if we need both jobs and alternative energy sources, then building, installing, and operating wind and solar panel farms would be just one of countless ways to being accomplishing both. Not to mention updating our infrastructure so that, say, we don't have a repeat of the bridge collapse we had in Minneapolis not too long ago. Hell, maybe we should give the auto industry some money--with serious conditions. Like, that they finally take the technology that's been around for a while and actually use it to create cleaner vehicles. And semi-trucks that run on natural gas, as T. Boone Pickens suggests.
