My fear/hatred of them has actually cooled off a lot recently, but there are still times when a butterfly appears out of NOWHERE and I am like frozen with fear. They are horrible horrible creatures. And they're really scary when they're dead too! They're all "hai I have this weird stick-body-thing and my wings are CREEPY AS SHIT~~~~"

Ooooh, butterfly! I used to try to make them sit on my fingers all the time when I was a kid, it was awesome! Also I once found a dead butterfly and my mom put it in one of those little boxes that you get for jewelry, but idk, i think I brought it to school and someone brokeded it?

D: poor butterfly! I have these, like, glass-fronted cases that I put my ~shell collection~ in, should I just stick it in an empty space in one of those? I'm pretty sure I have one of my cat's baby tooth in there somewhere anyway... :/

IT IS REALLY PRETTY! Oooooooooh praying mantises are so cool, except one time my grandmother brought a nest home because she didn't know what is was, and then it hatched and there were baby praying mantises all over her house for weeks.
