Love, if he is seeing another girl, then he isnt really committed to you. Im not going to give you advice because my advice backfires; But, if it were me and if he is messing around with another girl, then, I'd ask him straight up if he wants to fully be with me or if he is in love with this girl, or something... I dont know. I would really want to know what was going on with the relationship and what he is thinking.
