Well the title doesn't have much to do with what I'm writing about, but I thought that with this new snazzy avatar that a LS member did for me, I needed to come back with a bang. Hmm that didn't make any sense, oh well ( Read more... )

I've never had a problem with ventrilo on mac... my LS uses typefrag and I have a separate linux-based server I run it off and I've not had any problems with either >_>

Yeah it's only because Mac uses Speex or something like that where our Vent server is configured to another codec. I did switch it to Speex but it didn't have the best quality with people who talked a little louder than normal causing alot of white noise.

Either way I've been happy with the purchase.

Really? I need to get some Destroyers, but we've been lazy on the KS30 front. I do intend on getting some Dune Boots as well, but well that falls under the KS30 routine when it comes to doing things... it just doesn't happen :P

I'm really not sure how much haste gear MNKs need, but I guess it becomes a DoT issue when you can't sub WAR. Although our base delay at 75 is just over 300 with Turban and Brown belt, which isn't bad at all considering how hard we hit.

re: Wagh vs Avengers
Same base damage under 100TP and during WS, lower delay, hidden effects with acc boost and bigger atk up. I'd keep using those if the crit rate isn't so delicious with destroyers.
