Carrot Cake

OK you all talked me in to baking that carrot cake :)

I did a few things different with it. I didn't add the nuts because we didn't have them like I thought. And... I added real vanilla extract to the frosting.

It sure is cream cheese frosting made with cream cheese, butter, vanilla extract and confectioners sugar.

That looks delicious! We've got a bag of carrot that's been sitting in our refridgerator for a long time, so I wish we had enough room in the freezer box to store extra cake.

Either you can make it and freeze some or you can make some and just share with friends and neighbors :)

Yes indeedie I love to cook. I figure it is a lot better then pre packaged food and I have fun sharing and giving food to friends and neighbors too.
