I had some of that leftover fried rice from earlier in the week and found some steaks down in the freezer that had been there for a while. I needed to use up both so here was my cooking for yesterday. I will once again not need to cook for a while with the exception of maybe a quick pot of steamed rice once the fried rice runs out in a day or so

You can still replace items in the recipes with vegan items. A lot of the foods I cook are because of my mother so it would be different if it were just me. It gives ideas on making other things :)

Oh on that other thing, I totally understand. I still wanted to give my thoughts on it though :)
