Oh boy you are saying, not another food post! I cooked a good share of the day and will not need to cook all week long. This should make some of you that are not interested in cooking quite happy as I don't think I will have any new food posts for a while. hehe! Thanks :) It is fun to cook a lot of different things here. Plus with that lack of variety in this down as far as dining establishments go, I just have to keep cooking.

I am not sure about gourmet, but I do have fun with trying different things. Since it is cheaper to cook it at home and there is a lack of decent places to dine in my little town I do a lot of different ethnic cooking. All we seem to have here is Chinese (and American chinese at that), Pizza, Mexican and lots of fast food places. There are a few otehr places but you have to drive out of the way to get to those or take a ferry in to Seattle to eat.
