They are so simple to make and are pretty tasty! Once in a while I make them with the kimchi in them. It depends on if I am cooking them for just me or if mom is having them too. If she is eating them then I don't add any of the kimchi. She is so darn fickle when it comes to what foods she likes. She likes kimchi but only on Tuesdays when added to some super secret food that I don't know about. You just never know, know what I mean? ha ha ha!
So I play it safe if I cook for the two of us and cook what I know she will eat for sure.
P.S. while looking through entries I forgot to mention, when I come to Korea and go to the older women place you said you would take me to, will you cook this for me? LOL
Or... Will I be cooking for you in Korea? ha ha ha
Actually, they have jon mix in stores. You just add water and an egg. It's so easy that I can make it. But you'll definately wanna explore the restaurants here...they are cheaper than making stuff at home. How about some 보신탕 (bo shin tang)? I know I won't be making that at home. hehehehhehehe...
