Please cross your fingers for me! Well, who won't be sleeping anyway, because it's 7 am (London time), and 8 am for most of the Europe. Which means, technically I'm doing it today for some of you from the other side of the ocean. Lol :p

Yes, all men. I don't like it at all! But sadly, that's how it is here, not many women stay in academic field in science/chemistry (to be docent or prof.) after finishing shool, so the whole department is like 85% men and the women who are here are not of a high degree. Usually just PhD. No, I don't like it at all :-/
