Challenge 50: Headers Challenge

WOO! CHALLENGE 50! So guys, for this special challenge, we're revamping xgossipgirl_ic . See the lovely new profile + community layouts? You will be designing the banners of both :) Please be sure to read the details under the cut!
LAYOUT BANNER
- the layout banner must be 550px in width; the height does not matter
- use whatever colour scheme you want, colours in the layout will be recoordinated to match the banner
- be sure that the banner is Gossip Girl related
- you may use any images you would like
- please have "xgossipgirl_ic" written somewhere on the banner
PROFILE BANNER
- the profile banner must be 500px in width and 285px in height
- the winning banner will have their banner placed between the first two rainbow stripes
- please try to coordinate colours that will look good/match the rainbow stripes (I know, picky, picky, but I've grown quite fond of those stripes :P)
- be sure that the banner is Gossip Girl related (this DOES NOT mean there has to be an image on it)
- please have "xgossipgirl_ic" written somewhere on the banner
Rules
1. Everything must be newly made and made specifically for this challenge.
2. These banners are being made for the community and cannot be distributed anywhere else.
3. When submitting, post the image and the URL.
4. Submit up to two (2) of each type of banner.
