Wentworth Miller Bright Colouring Tutorial

In PSP7 - No selective colouring
Contains Curves, fill layers and Hue/Saturation/Lightness adjustments.

STEPONE: Get a base (mines from wentworthmilleronline.net). Duplicate the base 2 times and set both layers to Screen 100%.
It should look something like this:

STEPTWO: Make a new layer and flood fill it with #3B70DB (blue colour) and set the layer to Softlight 20%
It should look something like this:

Not too special, yet.

STEPTHREE: Create a new Curves layer ( Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Curves) and set it to this:

RGB: (not a point) I:0 O:23 image
RED: (not a point) I:0 O:41 image
Then press ok.
Set this layer to Soflight 100%.
It should look like this:

STEPFOUR: Make a new Hue/Saturation/Lightness layer and set it to this:
RGB: Saturation: 20
The press OK.
It should look like this:
