I finished Good Omens this week! I thought it was absolutely hilarious, and now I'm kinda bummed that the movie plans were scrapped. The ending kinda left me disappointed and scratching my head in confusion, but the bulk of the book was fantastic.

I made the icon! XD OMG, it was SO distracting whenever she made that face during the show. And she did it CONSTANTLY. I think I sent you the 1/9/05 DVD? That one has her as Elphie - that's where the screen grab came from. :P

People are odd. That seal version of Romeo and Juliet is just messed up!

They're both from Wicked. :D (Elphaba being the Wicked Witch of the West, and Fiyero being her lover)

I want to see that sea movie just for the amusement factor. :P

It is! :) It was originally a book (a novel written by Gregory Maguire) that was adapted into a stage musical. For the last three years it's been the hottest ticket in theater - it's sold out virtually every performance (way in advance) on Broadway, in Chicago, and on tour for almost exactly three years now! I've sort of gotten obsessed with it over the last several months, and I've seen the show three times now. Absoultely fantastic. :D

The sad thing is that this is a well-published, well-respected mystery novel author, publishing this with Disney's input and blessing, and he still can't get it right! :P
