Binged 3 times this week, mostly on healthy stuff but still. On those days I haven't been gym, so I only went 2 days this week. Feel like shit to be fair. Can't seem to control it :( no idea what's triggering it.

Sounds like you're having such a rough time. I controlled my bulimia by writing a food diary noting how I felt before and after what I'd eaten and this helped me identify my trigger situations, trigger emotions and trigger foods. It made everything a lot clearer and made me feel a bit more in control of everything. I think when I identified what caused me to binge I was able to find other strategies for dealing with it ( ... )

Hun, it's okay to binge. You're an amazing person, and you deserve to be able to eat what you want without feeling guilty.

I'm sorry things are so hard at the moment, how are things with your g/f going? I know they where less then good in your last post.
