New Layout

I just put up a new layout, credit goes to carriep63 for the original, I spent all afternoon chaning the fonts and colors and such. It's not amazing, but its something different I had the other one for three years. Banner by me, also ten minute quickie. Didn't feel like spending all night making a new one.
