Yeah, everything started out really nice too, and I was told basically that I could keep temping for 12-months and I'd be hired.

And, as you can see from the post, things are definitely not going as I was told they would :/

I mean, it justs bugs me that these people not only cannot mind their own business, but that they go -out of their way- to try and get me fired. Seriously, I've never even seen/spoken to half of these people >.

My mom works for the state, and when I relayed the story she was totally unsurprised. Apparently it's a pretty normal thing for them to totally screw over employees.

That does seem to be the general consensus, state work = getting screwed :/
