Save for corporate slogans, I'm fairly sure you can't copyright the use of a phrase. Even with corporate slogans for that matter, so long as you aren't selling something... eh.

Kenney got this (as the 4channers would say) "exploitable" Black Bastard t-shirt that has the Bastard himself proclaiming "SHOW ME YO' DICK". at the moment i believe it is in the possession of one...Jen.
as for copyrighting phrases, didn't Donald Trump try to get "YOU'RE FIRED!" trademarked or something? it might be possible to do if there's no precedent (for which there are hundreds on-screen for "you're fired").
