I loved this! you already know I adore this verse, but you get mass amounts of cookies and bonus points for this installment. Because yes, as much as I love the porn, I also love this- the brotherly love and Dean just flipping his shit with worry and taking care of his Sammy.

It’s that look. The one that says everything from “I’ve got your back” to “I love you, you are my world” and even “Never leave me.”

You word things so profoundly. Just that 'even'- revealing Dean's inability to accept fully, despite all the evidence to the contrary, that he is worthy of someone never leaving. Really encapsulates the entire series in terms of Dean's struggle.
