Heya, flist. Y'know what's awful/wonderful about post-vacation? Your body & brain refuse to do anything more productive that it should because you just had 2 weeks of glorious self-indulgence followed by 7 days of toilet. Which, in my case, means I function at work but I'm having a hard time kicking my butt back into writing

What does Darcy keep in her purse/pockets?

Lip gloss, hand mirror, wallet duct-taped together, Soot Sprite coin purse, multi-tool that included a can opener and itty bitty screwdrivers, a twenty-ounce drink container from a camping store that kept hot liquids very hot and cold liquids very cold but tended to leak if she didn't screw the top on properly, her lucky rock from seventh grade worn smooth with rubbing, an extra iPod charger, a carabiner holding together five different key rings for four different buildings and two different vehicles, an extra iPod case just to change things up a bit, a mini maglight, a lighter (not that she smoked but you'd be amazed how often you needed a lighter for non-smoking purposes), a little glass owl from her niece, a bottle cap from that bar where she met that guy with the arms of AMAZEBALLS, various gas receipts to be filed for reimbursement, gum, nori crackers, and a 16Gb thumb drive.

Darcy looked up from her purse. "Nope. STILL no iPod. BASTARDS!"
