It really depends on the fandom; I haven't read everything you've written - far from it - but it seems to me that you're pretty darned versatile without a whole lot of plot tells to your name.

So I expect a good well-written story, and enjoy going along for the ride. :)

Strong characterization in general, but a deft hand with females in particular. You write such strong women; they're not necessarily physically strong, and by no means perfect, but they have...a resilience, I think is the word I want. Even when they're a minor character, they're still a force within the story -- Jubilee in "D'Ancanto" is a great example. I have ridiculous amounts of respect for that.

(Also, as others have pointed out, jealousy-inducing banter, as well as well-done, realistic family dynamics.)
