Once upon a time when I was in Gr. 11 or 12 or maybe First Year, I went on a Northstar/Iceman binge and it was lovely and mooky and I love Northstar to BITS and PIECES, the git, as well as Bobby who really should have a lot more fic about him instead of his relationships but he kind of is defined by his relationships wether romantic or not, mainly ( Read more... )

;alskdjf oh goodness, I did the exact same thing around the same time. Bobby is the kind of character who really should stand alone just fine, but he's really dependent on others in a way that's not evident until you try to break him away. He very much shapes himself depending on what everyone else around him is doing, rather than on what he wants to do ... it's equal parts sad and amazingly interesting.

Additionally: Caffeine and Saccharine remains one of the best Northstar/Iceman fic out there. I only wish there was more. Alas.
