He really does look like Tezuka, completely down to the glasses.

But what happened to girl!Inui's? Inui is not Inui without his glasses.

I think anyone wearing that in US at night will get people run screaming in horror anyway XD (not just US, anywhere but Uraharajuku)
especially with that 3 inches think powder they usually put on...
