Firstly, to answer your question, because people get to pick their teams; hence the form saying 'first team choice'. Like at any other land community, we are split into teams because that adds the competition aspect to it, but the names of the teams don't necessarily matter. People usually base their team choices on the other people on the team.

Secondly, we are currently on holiday hiatus. Would you like me to go ahead and process your application or would you prefer to wait until we resume in mid-January? :)
