go to "www.photoisland.com"
login. upload pictures... click browse and upload from your computer.
enter name of album. go to album [it prolly opens right up] click on the picture you want. a box will pop up with a URL in it. copy.
the tag is " < img src=" URL "/> <---- put in LJ the end.
