Oh wow I found your review thanks to the fantabulous NIN forums :) I love your pictures. They are great, "broken" point & shoot or not. I was way back in section 8, so even my best pictures suck in comparison. I see my back and pig tails in the "other meet & greeters" picture. It was at that moment I put two and two together that I was reading the review of my fellow Echelon. I felt kinda awkward wearing that shirt to a NIN show. I love both bands endlessly, and I wore the shirt more because I'm fat and it looks semi-not-so-bad on me than the fact that I wanted to represent ;) heh. Thanks for noticing though, I made it myself like a true dork. Awesome review!I can be a NIN friend for ya! I rarely update this thing though. For some reason I have an aversion to journals as much as I try to make myself write in them. Maybe I can copycat you and write a review of the show. Its good motivation. Myspace is probably a better shot at contacting me...link is in my NIN profile. Ttys!

haha I could tell you made it. It came out cool! I saw the red logo and was like.. OH, hey! but I'm shy and didn't say hi. I'm sure I've seen you at 30STM shows before then, too, huh? I have a bunch of other posts from other shows (including the what... 8 30STM shows I've been to?) on my LJ, if you wanna check them out!
I'll probably see you around then, at some future show!

Actually, I've only been to two 30 seconds to mars shows, one in Pensacola, Florida- the other in Atlanta, Georgia. I just moved back to Connecticut about 2 months ago after spending 5 years in Florida. There aren't any fucking shows down there, its outlandish. I'll read your reviews though. And I'm sure I'll see ya at other shows. :) I try to make it to see all the ones I like that come within a reasonable distance-given I have the means.
No complaints about the setlist from me. Was hoping for Now I'm Nothing, I'm Afraid of Americans, LitS, and maybe Heresy, but was blown away by Home, La Mer/The Fragile, Gone(Still), The Way Out is Through, The Becoming, and Metal. Certainly didn't miss Closer's first absence in the nine shows i've seen in the last decade. The band's seemed energetic and sounded spot on to me, and the stripped down show just reinforced that Mr. Reznor can put on an amazing show without having to assemble a million dollar visual production to keep me mesmerized... not to mention the setlist variety adds a new variable to the equation that has *never* been present in past tours. Really, the number of rarer songs from the setlist made this one of the more special shows i've seen, sonically. It's an entirely different experience, and i felt like it added to my NIN experience as a whole. Was too close to notice whether or not anyone else was enjoying the show, but i was 100% there. To each his(or her) own, i guess

Heyyy, it's Aylamemnon over from the NIN forums. I know I already sort of rambled at you over there, but I just wanted to comment again to say... I agree with you about LITS > NIN|JA. :/

Thank you for taking the Q&A video. I wish I could have done this meet n greet as well. And great pictures, I really wish I had a better camera.
