thank you! haha well when i linked it to my own journal from the community, i just used a hyperlink. i highlighted what i wanted to be the link, and clicked the little earth icon right beside the font size menu. something should pop up for you to enter whatever url you want the link to lead to.

as for lj cuts, highlight what you want to be under the cut, and click the icon between the poll icon and the table icon. something else should pop up, letting you type in some text that you want the preview to the cut to say.
