I heard about this manga a while ago and I finally read it. It was very good. I liked Jangalion the best. It was so sad when the hamster died

this going to be kinda of rought since I haven't read this in awhile (especially the short story...so sad =( ) Basically theres this disease that is killing everyone and the only way to survive is to eat cow liver, or something like that. So the cow population is in trouble since everyone wants to be cured of the disease. The main character's best friend happens to be a cow he saved when the cow protested about being eaten. They bond when the cow asks the boy why should my parents die to save people, and the boy says that people are killed by God. The boy also takes a pledge to not ever ever eat cow. They do things like the boy tries to teach the cow how to write and gives him a journal. In one scene he wants to see what the cow is writing but the cow locks the journal and swallows the key. Time passes...and the cow friend is the last cow in town for miles and miles. so the household gives the cow food and make him run to save himself. Meanwhile time passes and the boy gets the disease. The household manages to buy some cow on the

It's about a boy whose family owns a cow farm, and a young cow (named Llamda?) who lives on it. The cow's father is killed to be eaten by the family for the boy's birthday party, so, naturally, the cow is upset that his father has been eaten. He runs into the boy and eventually they become friends, and the boy promises he will never eat a cow again because of his friendship to Llamda
