How Did That Happen?

Lilah and I had lots of fun with Xander chained up to a chair beside the bed. It didn't take him long to wake up, either, and it didn't take me long to realize that he was watching me just as much as he was watching Lilah, even if he was trying to pretend that he was watching neither of us. I'm sure that someone believed that, but it wasn't either

I'd had a great night with Wes after we chained Xander up and let him watch us,and I was enjoying a nice sleep wrapped up in Wes' arms when Angelus started screaming and yelling about Giles. I looked over at Wes. "What happened?" I didn't move to get up yet though.

I looked at Angelus as he came into our room and pulled the covers off of me. "And if I say no, you'll what hurt me?" I asked. "It's not my fault you couldn't keep him from fleeing." I pointed out.

Faith looked at him and tried to scream,and then when Wes cut off her air supply she switched to struggling to get away from him.

"No, but it's going to take more than me to find him," Angelus pointed out. "And I wouldn't hurt you. You'd enjoy it too much.

"Good, you're still alive," I said, sounding happy at the idea. I lifted my hand so that she could breathe again.

"So take Wes with you." I told him still not seeing why I had to go, I mean it wasn't like I'd be able to help much. I just smirked when he said that he wouldn't hurt me,because I'd like it.

Faith looked at him. "What the fuck Wes?!" She said after he let go and allowed her to breathe.

"The more people he have looking, the better," Angelus pointed out. "Now get out of bed and get dressed or I'm going to carry you out there naked, and I believe Wes will throw a hissy fit if I do that.

"Just making sure that you're still alive," I say to her with a smirk. "It's good to keep you on your toes, too, you know." No comfort for Faith.

I sighed heavily,then got up and started to get dressed. I know if I don't help he'll just get more pissed and he and Wes'll fight more than they normally do.

Faith looked at him and glared.

I merely smiled at Faith. It was so much fun to get her all riled up.

Angelus smiled at Lilah. At least she was finally doing what he wanted. Manipulation was so much fun.

Faith kept up with the silent treatment in hopes that it would get Wes to go away again for a little while.

Once I was dressed I started to head for the basement.

"Aw, little Faith is giving me the silent treatment now," I said after sitting there for a few minutes with her. "It's actually a nice change from the screaming and cursing. Not like you're going to hurt my feelings by not talking." I looked up when I heard someone come down the basement stairs.

Faith just continued to glare at him. I came down the basement steps and walked over to Wes. "Apparently I'm being forced to help find the stupid watcher that Angelus lost."

I chuckled. "I suppose Angelus felt that we should all be helping out with that." I looked Faith over. "Maybe we could even use her as a blood hound."

I smiled and moved over to Wes as he spoke about Faith. "That could be fun and actually useful." I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him.

I smirked. "Listen to that, Faith. You might actually be useful to someone for a change," I said to her, grinning down upon her.

Faith glared up at the both of them. "Aw I think she's upset.." I told Wes with an amused smirk on my face.

"Just be glad that we might find you useful," I said to Faith as she glared. "If we didn't, we'd just torture or kill you outright." I turned back to Lilah. "We should probably go and help Angelus now before he gets more angry and starts stomping around."

I nodded and waited to see if Wes really planed on using Faith as a bloodhound. It really would be rather amusing and some what useful I think.
