So...i completed day 3...tomorrow is day 4 of my p90x adventure. The work outs are 1 hour each and are Xtreme lol hense the X in P90X and I cant do the entire hour with the video...I was drying today, I'm hoping with time..my time following them will go up and up..it is only day 4 afterall. the p90x comes with the 13 dvd's and the full nutritional guide. it helps with what to go buy and what to eat for what you are trying to do. its great.
you do have to buy a couple of things...
1.free weights or resistance bands (i have both)
2.a pull up bar (i bought the iron gym)
3.push up bars (you can use the iron gym for that or something like the perfect pushup)
4.a yoga mat (and blocks if ur new to it)
and i take a couple of supplement (they have some but gnc has better stuff)
1. amplified creatine 189 (for pre-work out and strength increase)
2. wheybolic extreme 60 protien (for recovery)
3. a mens multivitamin
so there we go for the 3rd time of my trying to post this haha
