This turned out to be a kinda long entry about my past week, whats going on in my life, and my birthday weekend and what not. I will lj-cut it so you have the choice to read it if you want to. ( In here )
updated** about your awesome phone call. i saved it in my phone. i hope you had fun shopping and i hope tsi was a blast. its silly i see your grandparents before i see you.
Ahh...YSA dances I would give your new ward a chance. My ward here doesn't have many young people but once I got to know some of the families I felt right at home. Maybe check out the institute program?
well i work on institute nights the irony is the new ward is mostly young people. bryce and i were kind of laughing because everyone sat almost on the oppositite side from us, some even taking chairs from our side to sit on the other side. of course a girl recognized me from the dance and sat by me and the guy teaching the lesson for the day chatted with us for a bit. the old ward was more families, and everyone was immediately more friendly, saying hi, introducing themselves, etc. then again i've visited one ward that was like that and one ward that was like the new one i guess everyone and everywhere is different and i might just feel weird because i am not a member
hmmm...that is wierd. i definitely found that i prefer family wards. single wards are too quiet...one singles ward that I visited made me stand up and introduce myself. in sacrament meeting. that was pretty embarassing
