I loved it. Who didn't, right? I have several reasons, though.

1. CG. UM HI. Harvey's face was AMAZING. Like, I could still tell it was CG'd but...There was something about the way that eye rolled around in its socket that made me cringe...in a good way! I was so excited the first time they introduce him and he's flipping that

I want to see the shirts.

And I totally did not get that the Joker told Batman swapped directions for where they were. The hubby told me later.

And yeah, Rachel dying was very uncool.

I do wish they'd portrayed Harvey more with the multiple personality option from the cartoons, but I don't know if that's canon. I liked when he'd argue with himself, and I liked the hope that his better half would win out over the bad half sometimes.

But tell me about Watchmen!! Is it good? The preview looked wickedly hardcore.

What is "The Spirit" ? I don't remember it.

Yeaaahhhh...I had to have Zach explain that one to me too. Like, they didn't say anything, the Bat just showed up at Harvey's address...I mean, did Batman catch on and know that he really kind of had to save Harvey because he's ttly more important? Because he didn't seem surprised. It seems like he would have uttered some kind of incoherent fuckword at the very least upon discovering a supremely handsome gentleman in place of his weird, liney girlfriend. Makes you think

Ah, The Spirit. I remember now. I dunno, seems like an attempt to recreate the "feel" that made Sin City work. We shall see, but I have my skepticalspecticals on, yes, I do.
