Is this your last LJ post, then?

No....because sometimes I like to something more than the snippets I place on Facebook....also, I would like to make use of the LJBook feature to collect some of my favorite gems entries for my own reading, so hope to see you in both places !

I just realized I hadn't been on this site for awhile. I, too, tend to check Facebook first.

I like to see what the family is up to....also some of the LJ people I know work, and somehow Facebook gives them all their updates with one page...

But then for other things like rants and stuff....I like LJ..so I think the world has room for both!

I agree. We have to have both. :)

*pout* I don't have facebook, and I have plans never to get one. It's not that I'm particularly paranoid, but I make a point of never allowing 'fallon ash' to be traceable back to RL-me, and since everyone uses their real names on facebook and suddenly all my friends befriended 'fallon ash', or I fallon ash got a facebook account and suddenly befriended the exact same people as I know in RL, that'd be too obvious a connection than I'm willing to put online. Sadly. But I'll be here on LJ, waiting, for whenever you stop by!

You too? I resisted it for the longest time, but my whole family's on it and I finally caved in. It's another distraction I don't need, and the public nature of it scares me - I'm so used to anonymity - but needs must. There's nothing on it at the moment save my profile, but I gave Rob my name and I'll try to tart the place up this weekend.

I'm glad you're not leaving LJ. *hugs*

Yeah...LJ provided me with absolute wonder...and I think I grew up a lot on it. But my family is on Facebook and it is a great way to stay in touch with them without being a pain....and you know it is amazing how many old friends and memories are on it!!

...stay in touch with them without being a pain.

I know what you mean. IM-ing stresses me out and I dislike talking on the phone, so Facebook will allow me to be there for family without actually having to interact all the time. :)

Just don't call me 'Annwyn' on it - I don't want to have to answer questions from the curious. Heh.

I will not join Facebook, I will not join Facebook, I will not join Facebook, I will not join Facebook, I will not join Facebook, I will not join Facebook, I will not join Facebook...because I am studying!

But you are a really nice person, and I'd hate to loose you - so I am glad you are not leaving lj!

hahah...yeah..Facebook can mess you your study schedule....

No...I want to stay in touch with you and my LJ community. In many ways, LJ is my Real Life and the life at the keyboard side of the computer is surreal and involved in cooking and cleaning and shopping. Guess which one I prefer???
