I read that article, too. I thought many of the proposed solutions were common-sensical, easy to implement and sound. The biggest solution that never was would have been to shorten the inter-regnum so Obama could get to work on all this quicker. It's been torture (appropriately enough) to watch the current feckless Administration throw away our $700B.
