katie woods! a 29:47?!?!? i could do that still!! if you go out and run that i will personally come to cross practice the next day and kick your ass! I'm expecting you to at least go sub 24. all this cross talk sorta mkaes me miss it, i think i'll go out and run right now. though i'll probably make it half a mile down the street and stop. hah
