Just to let you know, those "28 washes" semiperminant type hair dyes wont completely wash out. Since you got a darker color than your hair, more than likely your hair will stay a shade or two lighter than what you dyed it. But it will fade. And of course it will grow out. lol

And I hope you don't take that in a "omg your so fuckin dumb" mean type way. I was just trying to let you know lol.

yeah, you can still dye over it, depending on what color you want to go.
