actually, photobucket only lets you have so many pictures. i use imageshack because it lets you resize your pictures if you want so you dont have to skew your image on paint.
you can go to imageshack.us and then get your image on there and click 'upload'. it will give you various links. you want the 'direct link' which is the very last one on the page.
use the code < img src = " http goes here " > but without the spaces. 'img src' is spaced, however. you copy and paste that direct link in the http location and then youre done. where you put that line in this journal (or myspace or anywhere that lets you write in html) itll show up as a picture.
its easier than it sounds. its what i always use =].
