Read "Still Life with Woodpecker" by Tom Robbins. He's a fun guy to read and that book is genius.

Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night Time is EXCELLENT. The boy in it has Asperger's Syndrome, which I also have.

Also, try Phillip Pullman's Dark Materials (The Golden Compass, the Subtle Knife, the Amber Spyglass). And the Xanth series by Anthony Piers (I think that's his name).... Memoirs of a Geisha and Redwall.

I've read His Dark Materials twice, it is so wonderful. So is Redwall, I've read all of the ones that are out, not counting the auxilary ones (i.e. Great Redwall Feast, etc.). I can feel myself slightly growing out of them, but I still read them for loyalty's sake.

Oh btw, I just stumbled across this journal and saw the awesome list, I don't actually know your or the guy whose journal we're commeting on. :)
