As Connor pushed him toward the door, he slid the quarters slowly into Murphy's pockets. The hand was gone before Murphy was allowed to enjoy it.
I love the subtle touches like this, Connor sliding the coins in slowly. Marvelous.

He fluidly laid back when the naked Murphy straddled his waist--but showed no reaction to it as though it were just a newspaper or some mail that had been tossed in to his lap.
Ha! Brilliant.

Murphy didn't bother dignifying himself with a response to Connor's words. That's all they were, really. Connor wouldn't even be able to count to ten in a moment.
Rar...you go, Murph.........

he could see the word on his brother's smug and swollen mouth like a ripe, triumphant slice of bitten fruit. But Connor still felt that he was the one who should have gotten to the count. So he licked the word from Murphy's mouth until it was his again.
Love that imagery.

"No, Murph. Your ten seconds are up. Now it's my turn."
