pg. au, set in the future. arthur is a successful lawyer and eames is his android companion. sometimes arthur forgets eames really isn't human and he gets disappointed when he is reminded.

( arthur maliciously hopes that eames feels guilty even though he knows it’s ridiculous to wish that. eames isn’t programmed to feel anything really. )

I have to read this book. People keep mentioning it and it sounds so interesting and now there's fic inspired by it so it must be good.

And this too, was really lovely. Lovely, but sad :(

Very good indeed. And you mentioned the Animals! That's my fave part of the book- it's a shame it's barely mentioned in the movie...
