Useless Package Service

So after multiple calls last night, UPS said to leave a note with an address where the parcel could be left & they'd deliver it today. I checked with the kind neighbour lady -- they didn't so much as see the truck today. So I call, and press zero repeatedly to talk to a human again

I was actually home, once, a verrrrry long time ago, during the daytime and watched as a UPS guys TIPTOED to my house, stuck a "Sorry we missed you" Post-It on my door, and attempted to sneak away. I simply opened the door and stared him down. He looked rather sheepish.
